Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
· Oversee and coach employees
· Ensure the safe use of equipment.
· Check production output according to specifications
· Submit reports on performance and progress
· Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
· Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals
· Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency
· Maintaining communication between employees and Plant Manager to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood
· Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources.
· Forklift driving requirement.
· Bilingual (English/Spanish)
· Ensure the plant maintains proper stock inventories
· Demonstrate a lead-by-example approach to all aspects of Health & Safety, be fully compliant with Company Health & Safety: policies, procedures, systems and rules, report all hazards and incidents and ensure that you work safely at all times.
Qualification and Experience
· Minimum 3 years of experience in supervising a team of 10+ employees
· High school diploma.
